Billionaire Eric Benirall (played by Sam Neill, known for "Jurassic Park" and "The Horse Whisperer") leads a team of obscure scientists to uncover the mystery of his cargo ship sinking in the Bermuda Triangle. The show is created and executive produced by Bryan Singer (X-MEN), Dean Devlin ("Independence Day," "Godzilla"), and Rockne S. O'Bannon ("Farscape," "Alien Nation"). The movie script version has also been completed. "Bermuda Triangle" began airing as a television series on the SciFi channel starting in December 2005. In the series, Eric Stoltz plays Howard Thomas, a cynical small-time journalist; Sam Neill plays transport magnate Eric Benirall; Lou Diamond Phillips plays Meeno Paloma, the only survivor of the sinking incident, who unfortunately has lost part of his memory; Catherine Bell plays deep-sea resource engineer Emily Patterson; Bruce Davison plays a psychic; and Stan Lathem plays a daring meteorology professor.
