"Pia♥Carrot Welcome!! -Sayaka's Love Story-" is a theatrical anime based on the 18+ rated romance simulation game "Pia♥Carrot Welcome!!3" by F&C FC02. It was released in four Warner Mycal theaters from October 19 to November 22, 2002. Notably, it is the first theatrical anime adaptation of an 18+ game, preceding works like "AIR".
While the film summarizes the main events of the original game in a digest format, a significant difference is that the protagonist is Takai Sayaka, who is the one going to help at the fourth store.
