There is a special department in the South Korean police system called the Surveillance Team, composed of a group of unassuming agents with excellent analytical skills and tracking techniques. Under the leadership of Team Leader Hwang Sang-jong (played by Hwang Jung-min), the Surveillance Team repeatedly captures cunning criminals and brings them to justice.
