Two buddies raised by the sea, the younger one is quite corrupt in the police force, yet escapes after injuring the drug cartel's big boss. The older brother, under his uncle's influence, kills the drug boss and begins to monopolize the drug market. The younger brother's pregnant girlfriend gives birth to a daughter while being cared for by the older brother. The big boss's brother, wanting to reclaim the market, incites the younger brother to seek revenge on the older brother. When the younger brother realizes his mistake, the boss's brother kills him, but is ultimately killed by the older brother. The older brother decides to propose to the younger brother's girlfriend.
