Laurie Holden, known for her role in "The Walking Dead" (also starring in "Silent Hill" and "The Mist"), joins Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn in the new film "Dragged Across Concrete." The story follows two detectives, played by Gibson and Vaughn, who find themselves suspended after a video is leaked to the media, showing their "hardline tactics" in law enforcement. Stripped of funding and outside support, they decide to infiltrate an underground crime syndicate, only to discover more unexpected developments lurking in the shadows. Laurie Holden will play Gibson’s wife, who is also a former police officer. S. Craig Zahler, who wrote the screenplay, is also directing the film, which begins shooting in Vancouver at the end of this month.
