In 128 BC, the majestic Roman Empire. Lucius Modestus (voiced by Frogman) is a bath designer living in the era of Hadrian, but he rigidly adheres to tradition and is clumsy in innovation, causing him to gradually fall behind the times. One day, Lucius accidentally drowns in a bath, and when he stands up from the water, he finds himself in a completely unfamiliar world. Surrounding him are not robust, distinct-featured Romans but a group of short-statured people speaking a strange language known as the "Flat-Faced Tribe." He is unaware that he has accidentally fallen into a time tunnel and arrived in 21st century Japan. Shockingly, his professional and national pride is severely impacted when he discovers that this group has accumulated countless unique ideas in bath culture. He brings these ideas back to ancient Rome, incorporating them into his designs, and as a result, he becomes immensely popular. Unknowingly, Lucius opens up a new realm for his career...
