A woman in her thirties rediscovers her lost faith; a mother goes to great lengths to ensure her child is spared a fate of forced suffering; a Romani boy's family is murdered, and his childhood world is destroyed... Árpád Bogdán's new film is based on true events—a series of racially motivated murders targeting Roma people in Hungary in 2008 and 2009. The film attempts to reveal the impact of these murders on the victim's families and communities through three stories, exposing the failures of the Hungarian justice system.
