In Germany during World War II, a 13-year-old boy named Eless enters a hospital to work due to a lack of care. There, he discovers shocking things (the Nazi euthanasia program) and unites with friends to attempt to sabotage this plan. The film presents a harrowing part of history from a child's perspective, highlighting the goodness and evil in humanity, as over 5,000 children died due to the Nazi euthanasia program during WWII.
