In the season of blooming cherry blossoms, the carefree Straw Hat Pirates enjoy their happy times. Along the way, Chopper rescues a tall and muscular guy, who notably has a mechanical wrist made of sea stone on his right arm; anyone who touches the wrist loses their abilities. This man is none other than former admiral Z (voiced by Yousuke Akimoto), who has trained countless excellent disciples.
