Wealthy businessman Jack (Billy Zane) and his wife Jennifer (Kelly Brook) go on a vacation with friends aboard a private yacht, accompanied by the Richards couple. Everyone hopes to have a pleasant and perfect holiday at sea. The handsome yacht waiter Manuel (Juan Pablo Di Pace) has just broken up with his pregnant girlfriend.
