Adult Swim announced the production of the original animated series "Ninja Kamui," a sci-fi action-adventure. Directed by Park Seung-woo (director of "Jujutsu Kaisen"), with character design by Okazaki Yoshinori ("Star Wars: Visions"), and co-produced by E&H Production and Sola Entertainment. The story follows Ninja Kamui, who tries to escape his bloody past by leaving his ninja organization and living in hiding. However, after he betrays an ancient ninja code, his family is brutally murdered by assassins from his former organization one night. Seeking revenge for his loved ones, Kamui transforms back into his former self. Yet, the 21st century is a time where ninjas are an anachronism, as they must use brutal and ancient skills to combat high-tech weaponry. Kamui faces well-trained assassins, battle robots, and other powerful ninjas to overthrow his former organization.
