The rural bully Du Tiandao (Chen Kuan-tai) becomes increasingly violent after his son Du Chang (Lu Feng) has his arms cut off by the Three Tigers of Tiannan. Any slight action from the villagers that displeases him will immediately result in him attacking them. Chen Shun (Guo Zhui), Hu Aguai (Sun Jian), and Wei Datie (Luo Mang) inadvertently offend Du Tiandao over trivial matters and suffer consequences such as being blinded, having their legs severed, and being poisoned, rendered mute, and deafened, respectively. Wang Yi (Jiang Sheng), who vows to avenge them, is severely injured by Du Tiandao, resulting in his mental breakdown. The four disabled individuals infiltrate the deep mountains to locate Wang Yi's master, hoping he will teach them martial arts, leading to a life-and-death battle between the avengers and two ruthless masters.
