To celebrate her 17th birthday, young Marie (played by Sandra Peabody) plans to attend a concert with her friend Phyllis (played by Lucy Grantham). They look to score some marijuana for a thrill and encounter a young man named Junior (played by Marc Sheffler), subsequently returning to his apartment. However, the two girls walk into a trap. Junior's father, Krug (played by David Hess), is a deranged serial killer who has just escaped from prison with the help of his brother Fred (played by Fred J. Lincoln) and his girlfriend Sadie (played by Jeramie Rain). The girls suffer relentless humiliation and abuse. The next day, Krug and his gang kidnap Marie and Phyllis and flee, but their car breaks down right in front of Marie's house. A series of bloody events are inevitable…
