To celebrate her 17th birthday, young Marie (played by Sandra Peabody) plans to attend a concert with her friend Phyllis (played by Lucy Grantham). They look to score some marijuana for a thrill and encounter a young man named Junior (played by Marc Sheffler), subsequently returning to his apartment. However, the two girls walk into a trap. Junior's father, Krug (played by David Hess), is a deranged serial killer who has just escaped from prison with the help of his brother Fred (played by Fred J.
