The story takes place in a picturesque seaside town, where Nagisa (voiced by Minami Katase) is an ordinary sixteen-year-old girl. Along with her friends Kaede (voiced by Yuki Tanaka), Shizuku (voiced by Momo Iwayu), and Yuu (voiced by Misa Iino), the four of them lead a daily life full of fun and joy. Kaede is a straightforward girl, which sometimes leads to arguments with the strong-willed Yuu. Caught between the two, Nagisa often feels overwhelmed. One day, by chance, Nagisa enters a café called "Aquamarine," where she discovers a set of FM radio equipment. Pretending to play around with the radio, she accidentally broadcasts her voice all over the town. Shiho (voiced by Suzuko Mimori) hears the broadcast and finds Nagisa.
