Miko (played by Yuki Amami), codenamed Black Angel, is a professional female assassin, known for her clean and ruthless methods of killing. However, she harbors a precious memory from her youth deep within her heart. The Keichuan family is embroiled in a civil war over territory, and Miko is ordered to track down Keichuan. During her pursuit, a bystander is accidentally killed by a bodyguard (played by Yamato Samurai). In a quest for revenge, the bystander's wife also kills Keichuan with Miko's help. The mastermind Matsuda has been manipulating events from behind the scenes, hoping to incite the three to kill each other.
