Zhu Yong is often bullied by his superiors but always protects the newly enlisted Fei Li. On the night of their external lodging, the superiors try to find out which subordinate reported them, eventually suspecting Zhu Yong and Fei Li, and begin to beat them. Zhu Yong and Fei Li, who silently endure the violence, do not reveal the informant until Fei Li's teeth are broken, at which point the superiors stop the assault.
