The cheerful taxi driver Ho-cheol (played by Sung Ji-loo), who vows to protect his hometown for life while bearing the heavy burden of supporting his family; and the righteous and passionate police officer Il-dao (played by Jung Hyung-in), who came to work in the big city of Seoul from his hometown— two high school friends who meet after fifteen years at a fateful stop— the intersection of a traffic light. In high school, they became enemies due to a love triangle with a girl named Yeon-hee (played by Ryu Soo-young), where the girl Ho-cheol had a crush on ended up with his best friend Il-dao. One is a police officer monitoring speeding drivers, while the other is a rule-breaking driver eager to run red lights. Fate has it that the road is narrow, and Il-dao bumps into Ho-cheol while taking his son back to their hometown for vacation, saying, "When we saw each other 15 years ago, we could hardly breathe, and it seems like nothing has changed today, 15 years later!" At this moment, Il-dao and Ho-cheol are like two year-old children, beginning to argue and even fight!
