Wayne (Mike Myers) and his trusty partner Garth (Dana Carvey) are back, and this time, they plan to host a stunning rock music festival. They receive assistance from the ghost of rock legend Jim Morrison. However, just as Wayne is busy, his beautiful girlfriend Cassandra (Tia Carrere) is tempted by the sweet words of her agent and decides to marry him and move to Los Angeles.
Now, Wayne must face the toughest choice of his life: is his beloved woman more important, or is his passion for music? Can Wayne make it to Los Angeles in time to stop the wedding?
