Xander (Vin Diesel) is a star in the extreme sports world, but he is a rebel who constantly challenges the corrupt elite of society with his skills, often leaving local police helpless. The head of agents, Augustus, takes an interest in Xander and sends people to bring him back, persuading him to undertake a dangerous and challenging mission in the Czech Republic. The leader of a criminal organization in the Czech Republic, Yuri (Marton Csokas), is concocting a mad plan involving the kidnapping of many former Soviet scientists to develop an incredibly powerful weapon—a gas bomb. He aims to trigger a world war using this soon-to-be-completed weapon in order to achieve his goal of world domination. Disguised as a car smuggler, Xander infiltrates Yuri's organization, leading to a thrilling operation!
