The chaotic battle in the rain 19 years ago still lingers in the hearts of some people. Yuto (Masahiro Higashide), the son of the Wakagashira Hisamatsu Shige, lives with his mother, who has long harbored resentment over the unfair treatment following her husband's death. Daisuke (Kenta Kiritani) is determined to revitalize his father's organization and becomes a bodyguard for the third generation of the higher organization, the Gosei-kai, Seiji Shikine (Masanobu Ando), seeking an opportunity. The mysterious Kikuchi Asami (Anna Tsuchiya) has seen her idol dreams shattered and is unwilling to become Shikine's plaything, yearning to find herself again. A young man who claims to be a journalist, Keiichi Morisawa (Yuu Emoto), is desperately investigating the truth behind the events of 19 years ago, and some of his findings lead to the tragedy of Yuto's mother. There is also Kaito (Jinpachi Nezu), who survived the incident and became a vegetable. The new generation of the gang plunges into a fate filled with blood and cycles of destiny... This film is the official sequel to Takashi Ishii's classic work "Bloodlight Gang," and it ranked sixth in the 2015 Film Monthly Top Ten Films.
