Historian Ma Wu leads a team that discovers centuries-old gold in the desert. After some persistence, the gold is confirmed to be 100% pure, and the team is thrilled about their historic find. At this moment, an unknown vehicle suddenly enters the desert, with a clear intent—it's after the gold. It turns out that Ma Wu's teammate, Henry, is in cahoots with the intruders.
