On an ordinary day, Dekisugi brought the novel "Utopia" to tell his classmates the story of the ideal nation. A country without exams and schools deeply attracted the bottom-of-the-class Nobita (voiced by Emi Ohara). By chance, Nobita saw a crescent-shaped floating object in the back mountain, which quickly disappeared. This discovery excited him immensely, leading him to believe it was the legendary Utopia.
