Frank (played by Chris Tucker) is a good-for-nothing punk. After an incident, he gets arrested and sent to prison. While on the transport bus for inmates, Frank meets the notorious Villard. Villard has been planning an escape and decides to use Frank as a pawn in his scheme. However, Frank isn't as obedient as Villard imagined; he takes matters into his own hands and escapes from the main group. Now, Frank must not only evade the police but also deal with Villard's henchmen. In desperate circumstances, he reaches out to reporter James (played by Charlie Sheen) for help, but James has his own agenda, hoping to use Frank to make a name for himself. Little did they know, things would soon spiral out of control.
