Kouta Shiramaki (voiced by Nobu Takahashi) is an ordinary high school boy with a dull personality, who has never had much luck with girls and has lived a solitary life. By chance, Kouta acquires a spellbook, through which he summons a witch named Lulu Meng (voiced by Suzuko Mimori). Lulu Meng is a witch who can grant others' wishes, but the counterpart must pay with their life in exchange. However, due to violating the rules of the demon world, Lulu Meng is expelled from the witch community, rendering her contract void and leaving her homeless. Kouta, being kind-hearted, takes Lulu Meng in, and thus begins their noisy cohabitation, along with Lulu Meng's black cat familiar, Kiro (voiced by Misato Fukuen). The lively days are just beginning.
