This is a chaotic world where ordinary police can no longer handle the riots and crises occurring within it. Therefore, a profession called "Bushi" has emerged, allowing practitioners to resolve troubles within the legal limits using any means, including force. Bushi High School is a specialized institution designed to train such talents. Yama Kinji (voiced by Junji Majima) is an ordinary boy at Bushi High School. He is enrolled in the Investigation Department and has the lowest grade of "E." However, Kinji possesses a special ability that is unknown to others: when in an excited state, all his abilities increase rapidly by 30 times. This ability has caused Kinji a lot of trouble in the past, so he prefers to hide it and live as an inconspicuous ordinary person. A sudden explosion leads Kinji to meet a powerful girl named Aria (voiced by Rie Kugimiya), and this encounter drastically changes Kinji's fate.
