An animated film adapted from the Japanese serialized manga "Nekojiru Udon." The cat sister is seriously ill and her soul is being taken away by the Grim Reaper. The cat brother desperately fights to snatch back half of his sister's life, but when she opens her eyes, she has turned silly and dazed. To retrieve the other half of his sister's soul, the cat brother embarks on a journey with her. On their eerie journey, they encounter blood and violence, but also warmth and vitality. They cross deserts and traverse oceans. They meet a pervert who wants to stew them into cat soup, a kind old lady who helps patch their wounds, and a childlike God who whimsically manipulates time. In the end, they finally find the four-leaf clover that the sister loves the most.
