The plastic models of the animated series "Mobile Suit Gundam," commonly known as "Gunpla," sparked a craze in the 1980s. Now, a second wave of Gunpla enthusiasm, which should be called a new wave, is sweeping the entire world. Influenced by its popularity, "Gundam Battle" was born. Not in a virtual space with CG, but by manipulating real Gunpla models to battle, using a groundbreaking system to compete in world tournaments. The story's protagonist, Sei Iori, is a high school student who loves Gunpla and dreams of participating in the Gunpla Battle World Championship. As the only son of a model shop owner with exceptional Gunpla building skills, he is, however, quite inexperienced in battle maneuvering, leading to his defeat in the very first match of the tournament. He encounters a mysterious boy named Reiji, who possesses extraordinary Gunpla manipulation skills. They team up to challenge the world championship with the goal of participating and ultimately winning!
