Due to her father's remarriage, sixteen-year-old high school girl Asahina Ema (voiced by Rina Satou) moves into the Asahina household, where she suddenly gains thirteen new brothers! Her father and new mother live elsewhere, while Ema resides under the same roof with her thirteen brothers. On her first day in this new life, she is welcomed by the gentle eldest brother Masatoshi and the youngest brother Yuu.
