A long time ago, it was an era when humanity yearned for the universe, overflowing with a pioneering spirit. Countries from around the world built new cities on various planets in the solar system, where many people lived in stability. One of the newly established prefectures of Japan on Mars is the "4th Tokyo Metropolis." In the economic special zone of this city, "Kuzukashi City," there is a top-tier company renowned for its aerospace endeavors, "Kuzukashi Corporation." This company expands its market in various fields and also operates a private school called "Kuzukashi Science and Technology Academy." This alone is already quite special, but within the academy, there is an even more outstanding class. During the day, they study hard as students at the academy, and after school, they work as staff at the company, participating in an important project known as the development of experimental rockets. This is known as the "Kuzukashi Corporation Advanced Technology Development Department Educational Development Room" - commonly referred to as "A-TEC."
