This film is set in the fictional pastoral city of Chiba Prefecture's Takeuma City and tells the heartwarming daily stories between a woman named Sato Moe (voiced by Suzuko Mimori) and her cat "Puyo." Sato Moe describes her encounter with Puyo as a "fateful meeting," and from then on, Puyo lives with Sato Moe's family. Puyo (voiced by Ikue Otani) is a small tabby cat with a yellow coat and a nearly spherical appearance, beloved by everyone. What interesting stories will unfold as they live under the same roof? This animation is adapted from the four-panel comics created by Japanese manga artist Kiki. The voice actress for the protagonist Puyo is Ikue Otani, who has voiced the national mascot Pikachu in Japan and the adorably cute Chopper in "One Piece."
