Nonohara Himeko (voiced by Ikue Ohtani) is a lively 13-year-old girl who lives an ordinary but energetic life day after day. The princess of the magical kingdom, Elika (voiced by Ikue Ohtani), chooses Himeko and lends her a magical bow, as Himeko shares the same appearance as Elika. With the magical bow, Himeko opens the door to a new world, and her secret ability to use magic is accidentally discovered by her classmate Daichi Kobayashi (voiced by Yu Ōkubo). Although Daichi often troubles Himeko, this time he agrees to help her keep the secret. After Himeko's senior, Koichi Shikura (voiced by Takuya Kimura), confesses his feelings to her sister, Himeko gradually finds herself falling for Daichi, who has always been by her side.
