Arima Dan (voiced by Takuto Yoshinari) is a second-year high school student who appears to be silent, serious, and introverted, yet he has a past that he can't bear to look back on. To avoid hurting those around him again, Arima chooses a solitary life. One day, a girl named Ruri Ayakawa (voiced by Ai Nakajima) appears before Arima along with her attendant, Mitsuru (voiced by Miyu Irino), proposing to use the power of the "Evil Stone" within him. The power of the Evil Stone is strong but difficult to control, and Arima has made regrettable mistakes because of it. Ruri possesses the power of the "Good Stone," which can restrain and suppress Arima's rampage. After Ruri's persistent pleas, Arima finally decides to step out of the shadows of his past and open his heart. Together, they must confront the monsters born from the power of the Evil Stone.
