A television anime adapted from the OVA "Death Billiards," released under the "Future Animation Project" in 2013. In this story, the souls of two deceased individuals who died at the same time are invited to an unusual bar called "Quindecim." Decim and Ginti serve as arbiters on the 15th and 20th floors, respectively, while Nona, a blue-haired girl, is their superior, managing the arbiters on the 90th floor. The term "arbitration" refers to the process where, after a game selected by the guests on a roulette concludes, the fate of the "dead" is decided—heaven signifies reincarnation, while hell equates to oblivion. The outcome of the game requires guests to possess the awareness of wagering their lives, revealing the true nature of the "dead" throughout the gameplay.
