In the tranquil and peaceful city of Mitakihara, it is protected by the magical girls Madoka Kaname (voiced by Aoi Yuki), Sayaka Miki (voiced by Eri Kitamura), Mami Tomoe (voiced by Kaori Mizuhashi), and Kyoko Sakura (voiced by Ai Nonaka), who repeatedly defeat the "Nightmares" born from the depths of human souls, surrounding the city and their cherished family and friends with all their strength. One day, the beautiful girl Homura Akemi (voiced by Chiwa Saito) transfers into Madoka's class, and they unexpectedly discover that Homura is also one of the magical girls.
