Senior investment banker Naomi (played by Anna Gunn) navigates the ruthless and greedy world of Wall Street, making a name for herself in the male-dominated realm of money and power. The launch of a controversial new stock exposes hidden secrets and scandals within the industry, posing a serious threat to Naomi and entangling her in political struggles and deceit in the financial world. Prosecutor (played by Anne Heche) relentlessly pursues her, and the tense relationship with her subordinate Erin (played by Sarah Megan Thomas) pushes her further into the abyss. In this tumultuous situation, Naomi must reevaluate the goals she has pursued and whether this intoxicating, dog-eat-dog world has a place for women. Directed by American-Indian female director Meera Menon, and featuring a perfect performance by Anna Gunn from "Breaking Bad," it has been described as the first female perspective adaptation of "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps."
