Affected by intense manga, the 15-year-old student Yuu Shinagawagawa (played by Hidetaka Narumiya) transfers from a private school to the public school Komae North Junior High to become a delinquent. His bright red short hair soon catches the attention of several delinquents, and although he gets beaten up by their leader Tatsuya Iguchi (played by Hiro Mizushima), he becomes friends with Tatsuya and his gang members Takashi Moriki (played by Kazuki Bōga), Gong (played by Tetsu Wakatsuki), and Lupin (played by Yūji Ayabe) due to his straightforward personality. Yuu secretly falls in love with Tatsuya's girlfriend, Miyuki (played by Yuka Honma). Unlike Yuu, who focuses on appearances, Tatsuya fully enjoys the passionate life of a delinquent, embroiled in continuous conflicts and encountering the two notorious figures from Chuo South, Akagi (played by Shuuichirou Masuda) and Kato (played by Razor Ramon HG). The youth of the boys is destined to be filled with noise... This film is adapted from Hiroshi Shinagawa's novel of the same name.
