The story is set in Oshima Town, located in the north-central part of Tokyo, where an ordinary fourteen-year-old girl, Akane Isshiki (voiced by Ayane Sakura), lives with her younger sister, Momo Isshiki (voiced by Asuka Oguro), and their elderly grandfather. Although their life is modest and simple, the family finds joy in being together. Suddenly, a mysterious enemy attacks, shattering the peaceful atmosphere over the city, leading to severe disruptions in the residents' lives. To make matters worse, the military discovers that all their current weapons are ineffective against the enemy. At this critical moment, Akane Isshiki appears in combat gear, followed by the gentle and lovely Aoi Futaba (voiced by Rie Murakawa), the brave and strong Wakaba Miya (voiced by Yuka Ootsubo), and the introverted and sensitive Himawari Shimotsuki (voiced by Ayahi Takagaki). The girls come together, using their delicate figures to bring hope for peace to humanity.
