Aoi Muneuchi (voiced by Yoko Hikasa) is an ordinary first-year high school girl. One day, she receives a mysterious package, and upon opening it, a small robot named "Frame Arms Girl" known as Gonglei (voiced by Kaho Natsume) appears in front of her. Gonglei is not just any ordinary robot; she possesses self-awareness and can continuously evolve by learning human emotions and combat methods. Thus, the cohabitation life between Aoi and Gonglei begins. Besides Gonglei, there are other mecha girls. There’s the tsundere Shordaito (voiced by Ari Ayase), the simple-minded yet knowledgeable Hoshiyan (voiced by Rika Nagakawa), the carefree but justice-driven Thunderbolt (voiced by Minami Koyama), and the emotionless and taciturn Bone Princess (voiced by Kaori Yamamura). After Gonglei, they consecutively appear around Aoi.
