During the Edo period, the world was at peace, but the evil in human nature was stirring. Iwabuchi Torao (voiced by Kato Seizō) is an exceptional swordsman known as the "Peerless Swordsman," and his dojo has become a holy land that sword practitioners dream of. In the dojo, two names must be mentioned: one is Tōmiki Genjūsuke (voiced by Narukawa Daisuke), who was taken in and raised by Torao since childhood and is the most likely candidate to inherit the dojo. The other is Iryōko Seigen (voiced by Sasaki Nozomu), an unexpected challenger.
