Five years ago, an unexplained plague occurred in a village. To prevent its spread to other villages, the villagers from surrounding areas burned down the entire Otsuka village. In this incident, Inuzuka Shinno (voiced by Kakiwara Tetsuya), Inukawa Sosuke (voiced by Hino Satoshi), and Hamuro (voiced by Takagaki Ayahi) were protected by the church and survived. After this incident, Shinno and Sosuke unexpectedly gained special abilities. Hearing rumors of their powers, the church kidnapped Hamuro in order to find them. In their quest to save Hamuro, Shinno and Sosuke encountered a vessel of the dog god, and this meeting opened up a series of fantastical, adventurous romantic tales. This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Abe Miyuki, which is still ongoing. The author has other notable works such as "Bishoujo Shoujo Diary" and "SUPER LOVERS."
