One day, energetic girl Ayumi Aru (voiced by Mariya Ise) suddenly receives a confession from a gorilla, and upon taking a closer look, she realizes that standing before her is the rugged-looking high school boy, Manabu Taitsu (voiced by Kenji Nomura).
