The story takes place on a distant moon, which has become a planet suitable for human habitation. One day, during a trip to the moon, the protagonist Haru Daichi (voiced by Yoko Matsuoka) encounters a lunar race called the "Rabbit People." They tell Haru Daichi that their planet located in the inner layer of the moon has been invaded and occupied by the Evil Motion Tribe, prompting them to embark on a journey to find a warrior who can combat the Evil Motion Tribe. To the surprise of the Rabbit People, Haru Daichi turns out to be the Light Magic Warrior they are looking for. Through a magic circle, Haru Daichi summons the Earth Magic King. Subsequently, Yamamoto Gas (voiced by Tatsuya Matsuda), who summons the Wind Magic King, and Marius (voiced by Shinobu Anda), who summons the Water Magic King, appear one after another.
