The story takes place in a prestigious high school called Shouka. Arakawa Hime (voiced by Yuki Kuwahara) is a second-year high school student who, despite being male, is cute and lovely, often misunderstood by the masses. One day, Arakawa Hime encounters a persistent pervert who not only secretly films him but also sells his photos. Just as Arakawa Hime is at his wit's end, the student council of Shouka High School appears. Thus, Arakawa Hime joins the student council, which only female students can enter, and is required to attend in female clothing. The boisterous and troublemaking vice president, Ayumi (voiced by Yuka Motohiro), the sporty yet timid president, Unko (voiced by Saki Ono), and the sharp-tongued, quirky secretary, Elwell Tina II (voiced by Nisako Toujou) surround him.
