Healing Songs, known as the third medicine, refers to sound therapy that uses singing to treat injuries and illnesses, and those who practice this art are called healing song therapists. The story takes place in a hospital named Karasuma Sound Therapy Institute, where three distinctly different healing song therapists are active. Fujii Kanade (voiced by Kabe Hana), who has been inspired by the help she received from a healing song therapist, the highborn young lady Gojo Reimi (voiced by Horiuchi Marina), and the gentle and steady elder sister Mori Island Hibiki (voiced by Kumada Akane), are led by a healing song teacher named Karasuma Rika (voiced by Takagaki Ayahi).
