For three years, classmates who have never exchanged a word are Araragi Koyomi (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya) and Hitagi Senjougahara (voiced by Chiwa Saito). Although they are in the same class, they have practically no interaction. Just as Araragi thought things would remain this way, a chance encounter caused him to catch Senjougahara when she unexpectedly fell down the stairs. This unexpected drop from the sky revealed a secret of hers. This secret is connected to many events, and although Araragi swears he will never tell anyone about it, Senjougahara still expresses her doubts.
