Seigawa Masato (played by Hiroshi Tamaki) is a university freshman who, instead of attending the school opening ceremony, chooses to wander around the campus. He encounters Satonaka Shizuru (played by Aoi Miyazaki) by the roadside, and her quirky behavior compels the photography-loving Masato to snap a picture. From then on, Shizuru develops feelings for Masato, but he only sees her as a friend. The two become friends, and Masato also develops a crush on his classmate Toyama Miyuki (played by Akisa Kuroki). They discover a beautiful wooded area, and due to her feelings for Masato, Shizuru also becomes interested in photography.
