In legend, there is a group of superpowered individuals known as "CODE BREAKER." In a vast city, they use their abilities to impose extrajudicial sanctions on criminals who exploit legal loopholes. Some say they are righteous allies of justice, while others claim they are ruthless tyrants. However, very few have truly seen them, and one of them happens to be the heiress with a mafia background, Sakura Sakurakoji (voiced by Yoko Hikasa). The identity of the Lawless Punishers must remain absolutely confidential, so a mission to eliminate Sakura's presence is initiated. Unexpectedly, Sakura is also a superpowered individual, possessing the rare ability to nullify all other superpowers. Thus begins Sakura's unusual life alongside these superpowered beings. As she resolves various incidents, her beliefs about justice and law begin to waver, while her mysterious origins slowly come to light. Furthermore, a nuanced relationship develops between her and one of the Lawless Punishers, Rei Ohgami (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto).
