New Line's horror film [Children] has been renamed [The Curse of La Llorona]. Produced by James Wan and his company Atomic Monsters. Directed by Michael Chaves and starring Linda Cardellini. The story of "La Llorona," or the "Weeping Woman," is a Mexican legend about a woman who, having lost her children, begins to prey on others' children. In the film, a single mother discovers that the "Weeping Woman" seems to be right beside her while investigating a series of child disappearances.
