The peaceful years are fleeting, and the mysterious Time City suddenly appears in the sky above Earth. The super-dimensional demon Eitaruga and the otherworldly warrior Alena (played by Yūsa Komiya) boast that they will use the magic mirror in their hands to seal all Ultraman warriors. Hikari Ritō (played by Takuya Negishi) and his teammates from the special search team UPG face a formidable enemy and find themselves in a fierce battle like never before.
