Setsuno Natsuru (voiced by Marina Inoue) is just an ordinary high school student, but one day, he is chosen and unexpectedly transforms into a female body! Additionally, an internal organ doll named Seppuku Tiger (voiced by Michiko Nomura) beside him starts to speak. Seppuku Tiger tells Natsuru that he has been chosen to become a "Kemphra," and as a Kemphra, his mission is to fight against the same kind, "White Kemphra." From that day on, Setsuno Natsuru's life is no longer related to being ordinary. To his surprise, several cute girls around him turn out to be Kemphra warriors. The introverted yet extremely cute Akane Hoshino (voiced by Yui Horie) after transformation; the seemingly cold but actually very scheming Shizuku Mizushima (voiced by Kaori Nazuka); and the innocent and straightforward Mizu Island (voiced by Kana Asumi), who has a somewhat boyish personality. With their company, Natsuru begins his battles. Why must he fight? Who exactly are the White Kemphra? All these mysteries await Natsuru to uncover.
